1. Use of the Service

You may use IdeaMagnify solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. No Professional Advice

IdeaMagnify provides AI‑generated analysis and suggestions to help you evaluate startup ideas. These outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features of IdeaMagnify is provided on a subscription basis. Paid purchases made through the Service are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and may also be subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. By starting a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

For purchases made through Paddle, refunds are handled in line with Paddle's refund policy.

Refund requests can be made within 14 days of the date of a one-time purchase or within 14 days of your most recent subscription renewal.

Refund requests for Paddle transactions should be submitted through Paddle buyer support at paddle.net. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

This refund section aligns with Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

IdeaMagnify, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaMagnify and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to IdeaMagnify if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in activity that could harm other users, our infrastructure, or our business.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of IdeaMagnify after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
