1. Use of the Service

You may use IdeaMagnify solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. No Professional Advice

IdeaMagnify provides AI‑generated analysis and suggestions to help you evaluate startup ideas. These outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features of IdeaMagnify is provided on a subscription basis. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent with billing. Because IdeaMagnify provides immediate access to digital analysis and credits, we generally do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Partial periods of use (for example, when you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle).
• Unused credits or limited usage during an active subscription term.

However, if you are charged an amount that is clearly incorrect or higher than intended due to a technical or billing error (for example, duplicate charges or charging for a plan you did not select), you may request a refund.

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the erroneous charge with supporting details (invoice, bank statement screenshot, and a description of the issue). If we confirm that:

• a higher amount than the correct price was charged, or
• you were mistakenly billed more than once for the same period,

we will issue a partial or full refund of the overcharged amount back to your original payment method, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing times.

Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion and are limited to clear overbilling or duplicate‑charge situations reported within the 7‑day window. Outside of these conditions, all fees are non‑refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

IdeaMagnify, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaMagnify and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to IdeaMagnify if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in activity that could harm other users, our infrastructure, or our business.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of IdeaMagnify after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
